Brochure printing
Can I get brochures printed in a small run
Brochures printed in short runs, stapled or with a flat spine, so you’re not sat on boxes you’ll never hand out.
You get a brochure that opens flat and reads in the right order, on paper that feels like you meant it. Design comes with it if you want, or send your own pages and they get set up properly.
How does brochure printing work for a small business
Brochures are folded sheets, so pages come in multiples of four. That one fact decides more than people expect, and nobody mentions it until the artwork is half done. If you have enough to say for eleven pages, you are either writing another one or cutting three, and it is far better to know that before the layout is done than after. Thinner ones get stapled through the fold, which lies flat and suits most small firms. Thicker ones get a glued flat spine, which looks the part on a shelf but wants the page count to hold together. Paper matters less than people think, although a heavier cover stops the whole thing feeling like a leaflet. Short runs earn their keep, because your prices, your staff, and your van change. Print what you’ll hand out, keep the file, reprint when something moves.
| Binding | Suits | Bear in mind |
|---|---|---|
| Stapled through the fold | Thinner brochures, price lists, programmes | Won’t hold a big page count |
| Glued flat spine | Thicker brochures and catalogues | Needs the pages to glue against |
Questions people actually ask
How few can I get away with
Smaller runs are the normal thing here. Work out what you’ll genuinely hand out before the details change, ask for that, and you get a price for that number rather than a pallet.
I’ve only got a Word document, is that enough
Plenty to work from. The words and pictures get laid out into pages that read properly, and you see it before anything is printed.
Will it match my leaflets and cards
It should. Same building, same colour settings, same eyes on it, so your blue stays your blue instead of drifting between suppliers.
What will it cost
Depends what you want, so ask. Ring 01823 242424 or email info@reor.co.uk, tell us what you need, and you get a price. One job, one price, done.
