Exhibition stand design

What do I actually need for a trade show stand

Stand graphics designed and printed together, packed so you can put the whole lot up yourself on the day.

You get artwork that fits your hardware exactly, printed and ready to assemble, so nothing needs fixing in a draughty hall the night before it opens.

What goes wrong with exhibition stand design

Stands get designed on a screen and then used in a room full of noise. People walk past at the pace of a shopping trolley and read the top of your stand and nothing else. So the top has to say who you are and what you do in one glance, and the detail can sit lower down, where somebody who has already stopped will actually read it. The other half of the problem is physical. Every pop-up, roller banner, and shell scheme has its own panel sizes, its own bleed, and its own bits that get swallowed by a frame or hidden behind a table. Send artwork that ignores all that and your phone number ends up inside a hinge. Get the measurements off your organiser or your stand supplier, hand them over, and the graphics get built to those rather than to a hopeful guess.

What you’ve gotWhat gets made
Roller bannersOne tall graphic each, sized to the cassette
Pop-up standA single image split cleanly across the panels
Shell scheme wallsPanels cut to the organiser’s board sizes

Questions people actually ask

I haven’t booked the stand yet, am I too early

You’re early in a good way. Knowing the space you’re taking changes what gets drawn, so a quick chat before you book often saves buying the wrong hardware.

Can you print artwork somebody else designed

Yes. Send the files and they’ll be checked against your stand sizes first, so you find out about problems here rather than at the show.

Will it all fit in a car

Roller banners and pop-ups do, in bags with handles. Anything bigger gets flagged before it’s made, so you know what you’re carrying in.

What will it cost

Depends what you want, so ask. Ring 01823 242424 or email info@reor.co.uk, tell us what you need, and you get a price. One job, one price, done.
