It also gives your website something to say that isn’t just a list of services, and gives you something to put on Facebook that isn’t another photo of the van. Pick the question you’re sick of answering, or the job you were proudest of, and start there. A short call first gets your turns of phrase down, so it sounds like you rather than a press release.
