What do social media templates actually save me

The trouble is rarely that you can’t think of anything to post. It’s that every post starts from a blank square, so a quick thought turns into an afternoon of fiddling with fonts. I haven’t got a proper logo yet

Then say so early. Templates can be built around your name set nicely instead, and they’ll still swap over cleanly if you have a logo drawn later on.

Can I edit them on my phone

Yes, that’s the point of handing them over as templates. Most people do the picture and the wording on a phone in the van and never open a computer.

Will you post them for me

Not as part of this. This is the artwork, handed over for you to use. If you want somebody posting week in week out, that work goes to Distinctive.
