Exhibition printing

What do I need for a stand at a show

Roller banners, pop-up stands, and panels, printed and delivered ready to put up on the day.

You get a stand that goes up in minutes without a toolbox, then packs back into its case. It arrives ready to assemble, so nobody is unpicking a puzzle in a cold hall before the doors open.

What do I need from exhibition printing

In a hall full of stands, people read the top third of yours from across the aisle and decide from that. So the top third carries your name and what you do, in words a stranger understands, and anything clever goes lower down where somebody standing close can read it. A roller banner does most of the work. It lives in a case, goes up on its own, and travels in a car boot. A pop-up fills a whole back wall and makes a small pitch look settled. Before anything is printed, check the space the organiser gave you and whether there is a height limit, because a banner that fouls a beam is no use to anyone. Take something people can carry away as well, since nobody photographs a stand. Keep the artwork afterwards and next year is a reprint rather than starting the lot again.

Questions people actually ask

Do I get the stand or just the printing

Both, unless you already own the hardware. Say what you have got and only the graphic gets printed, which is the cheaper way round if the frame is still sound.

The organiser sent me a spec sheet, is that any help

Very. It gives the pitch size, the height limit, and what you can fix to the walls, which saves you printing something that will not fit the space you paid for.

Can I use it again next year

Yes, and that is the point of keeping the artwork. If a phone number or a name changes, just the graphic gets reprinted and the frame carries on.

What will it cost

Depends what you want, so ask. Ring 01823 242424 or email info@reor.co.uk, tell us what you need, and you get a price. One job, one price, done.
