Explainer animation

Can a short animation explain what we do

A short animated video that explains the thing you keep having to explain on the phone.

You get one finished animation, priced as one job, with a script, a voice, and files that play anywhere. No production retainer and no monthly fee attached.

What goes into a cheap explainer animation

It starts with words, not pictures. Somebody writes down what you actually say to a customer when they ask what you do, and that becomes a short script. Once the script reads right, you see a storyboard: rough frames showing what lands on screen and when. That’s the moment to change your mind, because shifting a scene on paper is easy and shifting it once it’s animated is not. Then it gets built, with a voice reading the script, or captions doing that job if you’d rather it worked with the sound off. Most people watch on a phone with the sound off, so captions earn their keep. You get it in the shapes you need, upright for feeds, wide for your website or a screen in reception. It plays off a laptop, a phone, or a telly on a trade stand without anyone hunting for the right file.

Questions people actually ask

How long should it be

Long enough to make one point and no longer. People scrolling give you seconds, so one idea per video beats cramming three in and losing all of them. Two short ones often work better.

Do I have to be in it

No. Animation is the option where nobody stands in front of a camera. If you do want your own face on screen, that’s filming, which is a different job with a different price.

Can I use it on Facebook and my website

Yes. You get the same video cut to the shape each place wants, so you aren’t posting a wide video into a phone-shaped feed and watching the words drop off the edges.

What will it cost

Depends what you want, so ask. Ring 01823 242424 or email info@reor.co.uk, tell us what you need, and you get a price. One job, one price, done.
