What is 3D modelling, in plain English?
A digital version of your product, building or space, built before the real thing exists, so it can be photographed from any angle without ever being made.
Which means you can show customers what they’re buying before you’ve paid to produce a single one.
What that gets you
Show a client the building on its actual plot, with the light falling the way it will in March. Test a product in four colours before committing to tooling for one. Put photographs of your range on your website while the range is still at the factory. Change a material, a colour or a dimension and get a new image back, instead of booking a photographer, hiring the product back and shooting it again. Engineers use the same model to check things fit before anything is cut, which is considerably cheaper than finding out afterwards. And the model doesn’t expire. Once it exists, every future image, variant and animation comes off the same file, so the second campaign costs a fraction of the first. That reuse is usually where it stops being an expense and starts being the cheaper option.

What do you need from me to start
Drawings, dimensions or CAD files if you’ve them. Photos if you don’t. A sketch and some measurements is usually enough to get going.
What do I get at the end
Images sized for your website and for print. If the job calls for it, the same model can go on to animation or video, which is also done here.
Can you do a building rather than a product
Yes. Interiors, site layouts and elevations work the same way, from plans.
Can I use it again later
That’s the point. Once the model exists, more images come off it without starting again.
