How a one-off digital project works
Most small businesses do not need an agency on a monthly fee. They need one thing built properly and then left alone: a website that works on a phone, a shop that takes orders, a video for the homepage, an accessibility problem sorted before it becomes a complaint. That is the work Reor takes on. You describe what you need, we quote against that scope, and the price does not move unless the scope does. When the job is finished you get the files, the logins and a site you can edit yourself rather than one you have to come back to us to change. If you later want ongoing marketing, campaign management or a growth strategy, that is a different kind of relationship and a different brand: Distinctive, which works on retainers from the same building in Taunton. Reor exists for the businesses that are not there yet.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to sign up to anything ongoing?
No. Every job is quoted and invoiced on its own. Hosting and support are available if you want them, but they are optional and separate.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
That is how we build them. WordPress sites are handed over with logins and enough of a walkthrough that you can change text and images without calling us.
Do you work outside Taunton?
Yes. We work with businesses across Somerset, including Bridgwater, Wellington, Ilminster, Wiveliscombe, Williton and North Petherton, and take remote briefs from further afield.
What if my project turns out to be bigger than I thought?
We will tell you, and if it belongs with Distinctive we will say so rather than stretch a one-off job into something it is not.
